Therapeutic massage is available to patients, caregivers, and staff at the Center for Cancer Care. A twenty minute relaxation massage to the head/neck/shoulders or hands/feet can be received in the treatment room during chemotherapy or in a private setting at the Center. Participants are also introduced to the benefits of deep breathing techniques with visualization to enhance their relaxation.

• Improve quality of life by decreasing nausea, pain, neuropathy and other physical discomforts that can accompany treatment
• Provide a forum for expressing one’s feelings
• Heightened sense of well-being
