First we want to reassure you that our team of caring professionals will provide you with the most advanced care possible. You will have the advantage of the latest treatments, professional excellence and a dedicated, caring staff.

What should be done prior to my visit?

When you call for your appointment you will be asked some basic questions and then asked to contact your referring physician to have all your records sent/faxed to our office that pertain to your diagnosis. This may include x-rays, CT scans, MRI results, laboratory test results and referring doctors’ notes.

We will also need to know your entire medical history and medications that you take. Our New Patient History Form  may be completed prior to your visit. You can download it and either mail or bring it with you for your appointment.

If your insurance company requires a referral to a specialist, then your Primary Care Physician must be notified and a referral obtained before your visit.

When I arrive, what can I expect?

The doctors see patients on an appointment basis. Wheelchairs are available for patients who need assistance. When you arrive for your appointment, please be sure to check in with the receptionist. You will be asked to present your insurance card each visit and if your insurance requires a co-pay, it is expected at the time of your visit. The receptionist will provide you with information on what to expect during your visit.

What will my insurance cover?

We will work with patients to receive full benefit from their insurance. To do this we must have complete information about your insurance coverage. Our reimbursement specialists will verify your coverage and pre-authorize medical procedures if required by your insurance company. Financial counselors are available to discuss with you basis what your insurance company will or will not cover and will make financial arrangements with you for all non covered amounts.

What types of treatments do you do?

Each patient is assessed on an individual basis with a wide range of treatment options available. These may include chemotherapy, radiation therapy (on-site), immunotherapy or investigational therapies.

How long do I have to wait before I can get an appointment?

The wait time for an appointment may vary from office to office, however every effort is made for the patient to be seen within one to two weeks time. For extremely urgent problems, an earlier appointment can be arranged directly by your referring doctor.
